•  Your account is activated the first time that you select a photo service. It is that simple.

•  Payment is not required at time of Photo service. We will send a statement shortly after photo service and request your prompt remittance (net on receipt); however we will extend you the courtesy of a 25 day grace period. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed for this time period and each month thereafter. Compare this with credit card companies.

•  We utilize the broker identification code for our mailing list as well as your public id. It will be your responsibility to be sure to receive any statements, reprints, or cd's from your office.
